Michael M. Bolerjack, 36, was sentenced to five years with the Illinois Department of Corrections, to be followed by two years of mandatory supervised release (parole), by Circuit Judge David K. Frankland in Wabash Circuit Court Monday.

Bolerjack, according to Wabash County State's Attorney Cassandra Goldman, was charged with two counts of robbery, a Class 2 felony, and two counts of aggravated battery, a Class 3 felony, on Oct. 5.

The charges stem from the battery of two 14-year-old juveniles and the taking of their shoes and shirts.

Bolerjack was defended by James W. Lane.
