PRINCETON—The Democrat candidate for Gibson County Prosecutor was indicted for patronizing a prostitute, possession of child pornography, obstruction of justice and false informing by a Gibson Superior Court grand jury Tuesday evening.

Jurors delivered the bills of indictment against William R. Wallace III  at very nearly the moment a storm with 60 mph winds blew the glass out of a west wall courtroom window, confirmed Gibson Superior Court Judge Earl Penrod. Penrod said the glass blew within 18 inches of the jury box.
