FORT BRANCH - Adrian A. Reinhart Jr., 72, passed away Monday, Nov. 2, 2009 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville.
Born Aug. 6, 1937, in Princeton, he was the son of Adrian A. and Dorothalea (Smith) Reinhart.
He was a member of the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Fort Branch. He was retired as a senior chief petty officer in the U.S. Navy.
Survivors include four children, Bonnie F. Folsom of Fort Branch, Beulah C. Stanford of Princeton, Ronald W. Reinhart of Princeton, Steven L. Reinhart of Princeton; six brothers and sisters, Ann Georges of Fort Branch, Martha Jane Reinhart of Cynthiana, William R. Reinhart of Baton Rouge, La., Robert A. Reinhart of Fort Branch, Mary Margaret Dickman of Fort Branch, Catherine M. Warren of Cynthiana; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife Julia C. (Davis) Reinhart who passed away in 1995.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Fort Branch. Burial will be in the church cemetery with full military rites.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. on Thursday at Stodghill Funeral Home in Fort Branch with a rosary service at 7:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Holy Cross Scholarship Fund.

I was a member of the 1969 Union little league baseball team that went 15-0. Adrian Reinhart and Joe Vessels were our coaches. I've lived in South Carolina now since 1984. Thanks for such wonderful childhood memories. Aaron Kruse
