Warrick County Deputy Surveyor Jason Baxter was arrested on drug charges earlier this week.

Sheriff Brett Kruse said Baxter was pulled over on a routine stop and deputies found meth-making materials in the vehicle. Officers then obtained a search warrant for Baxter’s home. He was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of precursors, maintaining a common nuisance, all class D felonies; possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, both misdemeanors.
