Search continues for credit card thief

Surveillance photo Police are searching for this man, who is believed to have racked up $1,000 worth of charges on a stolen credit card.

The Warrick County Sheriff's Department is asking the public for assistance in identifying a subject who is believed to have used a stolen credit card at Wal-Mart at the corner of the Lloyd Expressway and Burkhardt Road in Evansville on or about Monday, Aug. 25.

The card was used at approximately 6:40 a.m. to pay for merchandise totaling more than $1,000.

It is also believed that two other subjects were with the suspect in a purple, two-door vehicle.

If anyone has any information regarding the suspects, please call 897-1680.
