Three people were arrested after officers from the Warrick County Sheriff's Department and the Evansville-Vanderburgh County Drug Task Force raided two Boonville-area residences.

At approximately 2 a.m. on Wednesday, July 25, officers say they uncovered a working methamphetamine lab, a large amount of ingredients used to manufacture meth and approximately eight tanks of anhydrous ammonia--a key ingredient and volatile chemical that is used in the manufacturing process--at residences at 1644 Winchester Drive and 955 DeGonia Road.

Jason Harper, 31, of Boonville, Matthew Ziliak, 28, of Evansville and Christina Criss, 25, of Chandler were arrested during the raid. All three were charged with numerous felonies and misdemeanors, ranging from visiting a common nuisance, a class B misdemeanor, to manufacturing methamphetamine, a class B felony.

Warrick County Sheriff Marvin Heilman said it is unknown what connection the three offenders had with the homeowners.

Investigators believe the labs were established and had probably been producing methamphetamine for several weeks.

The Indiana State Police methamphetamine lab team was called to assist in the dismantling of the labs.

More arrests are expected.
